All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed after 3 PM, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and link to follow your parcel.
Delivery Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Delays or Missing Parcels
We work with trusted carriers, but delays can occur.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please email info@keralicure.com with your order number — we’ll track it immediately.

Your Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.
To request a return:

Ensure the items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Once approved, we’ll send you the return address.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 7–1 working days of receiving the returned items.
