🚚 Shipping Policy

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday).

• Orders placed after 3 PM, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Options & Timeframes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their local authorities.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and link to follow your parcel.

Delivery Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Delays or Missing Parcels

We work with trusted carriers, but delays can occur.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please email info@keralicure.com with your order number — we’ll track it immediately.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.

To request a return:

1. Email info@keralicure.com within 14 days of delivery.

2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

3. Ensure the items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Once approved, we’ll send you the return address.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used products

• Items not in original packaging

• Gift cards or promotional items

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days of receiving the returned items.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.
We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
