At Keralicure, we aim to deliver your natural wellness products quickly and safely across the UK. This Delivery Policy explains our shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times.
2. Dispatch & Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 3 PM (UK time), on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

7. Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, please email info@keralicure.com within 48 hours of receipt, including photos if possible.
We will investigate with our courier partners and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
